Tangled: A Dazzling Day!

I am so excited to tell you about this project! About six months ago I was asked to illustrate a picture book based on the film Tangled, and I couldn't have been more thrilled! Tangled: A Dazzling Day is 24 pages about a day in the life of Rapunzel and Flynn, and was beautifully written by Devin Ann Wooster. It was a joy to work on, so I hope you like it!

Lots of things are coming up, including CTN-X in November and Unique LA in December! I'll post more on these shows as they get closer, but if you get the chance to be at either one, please stop by and say hello!

  11. Hey Brittany, this is great stuff. Dawn showed us your Hanzel and Gretel work at the Otawa festial this past weekend. Your designs and art direction blew me away, as soon as it hit the screen I thought.."Brittany Lee"! Beautiful work on the book, and that short. The appeal in your drawings rock, unfortunately I just cancelled my trip to CTN, otherwise it would have been great to meet you!

  51. This book is actually the reason I looked you up on the internet. I have twin daughters (3 yrs old) but bough the book for ME. I liked the ART - not the story. And having found your website I knew I was right. I'd found an amazing artist.

Working for Disney was once my dream too but somehow life happens and now I get to look through the window... through other artists work. Congrats in your career and best of luck. ~ziona
